Yes. A few days after the Kickstarter campaign ends, our Backerkit Pledge Manager will open up. You will be able to edit your pledge, add items, change your shipping address, etc. for several months after the campaign closes.

What service will you use for shipping?
All pledges will be shipped via Japan Post airmail. It takes on average 10 to 20 days to arrive (depending on the country) once parcels are shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email.
Please ensure that you are able to receive packages at your shipping address. Most post offices will only hold a package for a few weeks. If your package is returned to Japan due to being unable to deliver or refusal to accept, we can re-ship it; however, we will ask you to reimburse us for any return fees before we re-ship the package to you.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship anywhere Japan Post can send parcels to. An update list of countries is maintained here: https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/information/overview_en.html
In the event that unforeseen circumstances (war, disasters, etc.) make it so that we cannot ship to your country, we will contact you. We hold your parcel until Japan Post services resume, or you can provide us with an alternative address in a different country.

Tariffs, Customs, and VAT
We do not charge extra for duties like tariffs, customs, or VAT. Because we ship directly to backers rather than using an import agency, the backer counts as the importer, and any customs due are charged directly to them upon delivery.
VAT and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If your package is returned to us because of refusal to pay, we will ask you to reimburse us for any return fees before we re-ship the package to you.

About US Tariffs
Because the tariff situation has changed several times this year already, it’s impossible to predict what it will be like when the project is scheduled to ship next year. If the de minimis exemption is reinstated, US backers may pay no tariffs at all. If it is not, then backers may be charged import tariffs. As stated above, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Since we can’t predict what will change between now and when the project ships, we are not charging extra for US-bound packages during the Kickstarter. However we ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter should future circumstances change dramatically.

Refunds, Cancellations, Returns, and Replacements
Please understand that you are pledging in order to make this project a reality, not simply to buy a product.
You can cancel your pledge at any time during the Kickstarter campaign and you will not be charged. Once the campaign closes and cards are charged, no refunds will be given. Similarly, we can not accept returns or exchanges.
We take great care to ensure that parcels are packed securely, however, in the event that a parcel is damaged, destroyed, or lost in transit, please contact us for a replacement. We may ask for additional information, but we will do everything we can to resolve any issues.
Packages that are returned to us due to delivery refusal, refusal to pay customs/tariffs/VAT, abandonment at the post office, etc. can be re-shipped, however you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs again.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
Please note that the traditional craft add-ons take a lot of time and effort for an artisan to make each one by hand, so the artisans only produce exactly as many items as are ordered. Thus all orders are final and no refunds are possible.
Please also note that if your package is returned to us due to failure to accept delivery, refusal to pay customs, or any other reason, we can re-ship your item to you, but you will be responsible for both the cost to re-ship the item as well any return fees charged when the package was returned.
